Drôle de période que nous traversons, inédite et anxiogène. Avec le confinement, beaucoup de français télétravaillent et sortent peu de chez eux. Dans ces conditions, la grande majorité des blogueurs disposent de pas mal de temps pour alimenter leur blog. Et c’est là que vous vous dites : « Mais qu’est-ce qu’il fout le Francky ? ça fait des semaines, voire des mois, que les nouveaux posts arrivent aux comptes goutes. » La raison n’est pas l’envie mais le manque de temps. Travaillant pour un Centre Hospitalier, du moins dans une structure médicalisée qui en dépend (Unité de Soins de Longues Durée accueillant des patients entre 50 et 100 ans, ayant plusieurs pathologies souvent graves), la période que je traverse est plutôt intense et stressante, vous imaginez surement ! Je suis animateur et j'accompagne ces personnes quotidiennement. Mais étant en repos quelques jours, j'en profite pour m'évader, et remettre un peu d'activité ici.

Écouter de la musique, regarder des films et séries, lire des romans, des bandes dessinées ou de la poésie, cuisiner, faire du sport, dorloter votre compagnon ou votre compagne…MAIS TOUT EN RESTANT CHEZ SOI. Et surtout, prenez soins de vous !
